G.shdsl.bis ATM Router

5110B~5211B G.SHDSL.bis Router

The Proscend SHDSL.bis router allows customers to leverage the latest in broadband technologies to meet their growing data communication needs. Through the power of Proscend SHDSL.bis ATM Router, you can access superior manageability and reliability.

Complying with TCPAM32, 5111B/5211B G.SHDSL.bis B/Router is able to extend the longer distance at same data rate or higher date rate at same distance contrast to conventional G.SHDSL device (TCPAM16).

With bandwidth of up to 5.696Mbps, the 5111B/5211B outperform both T1's at 1.544 Mbps and E1's at 2.048 Mbps. By using a standard phone wire as a connection medium, the owner cost (purchasing, installing, and maintenance) of the 5111B/5211B is reduced dramatically comparing with T1/E1. By embedded bridging and routing function, two 5111B/5211B s routers work as gateways from remote office to headquarter without expensive CSU/DSU peripherals and V.35 Cisco routers. Inter-LAN communication between separated two offices just need one telephone pair and two 5111B/5211B routers.

Using existing telephone lines, the 5111B/5211B consolidate all traffic onto a single high-speed trunk for Internet activities or sharing a corporate intranet, which is designed not only to optimize the service bit rate from central office to customer premises but also integrates high-end Bridging/ Routing capabilities with advanced functions such as Multi-DMZ, Stateful Packet Inspection(SPI) and VPN pass-through. Through the simple-yet-powerful management user interface of the 5111B/5211B, networks administrators can complete a managed network deployment simply in seconds.

Proscend 5211B supports four ports 10Base-T /100Base-T auto-negotiation and auto-MDIX switching ports to meet the enterprise need.
