MP7200 Series Access Core Aggregation Router
The MP7200 series access core aggregation router facilitates both large-scale and small-scale WAN aggregation and uplink. The router provides large-scale Internet access platform including MP7204 and MP7208 models.
The two models separately comprise four and eight MIMs, support 64-port E1 interfaces with packet-forwarding capability between 1.5 to 2.2Mpps.
The MP7200 series router design bases on the complete network investment protection theory and provides complete network investment protection. The router allows smooth upgrade and expansion of network.
The router provides robust aggregation capability satisfying the client application requirement. The router adopts modular design, integrates 3GE optical/electric Ethernet interfaces, which utilize MIM saving the client investment.
The MyPower-R software provides network and link protocols, routing and backup protocols, network security service, IP multi-cast protocol, SNA/DLSw function, QoS features and network management protocol. The software supports BGP edge gateway protocol and MPLS, which can be used as PE node and P node.
The MP7200 series router combined with Maipu series routers provides complete WAN solution for operator, finance, government, energy sources, traffic, education and defense sectors.
