MP2700 Series Broadband-Narrowband Intelligent Router
The MP2700 router series comprises MP2700-8, MP2700-16 MP2700-24, MP2700-8B, MP2700-16B and MP2700-24B. The series integrates routing, switching, security, VoIP, transmission, local storage and wireless functions.
The Multi-service Edge Intelligent Network (MEIN) technology integrates broadband and narrowband features in the router. The series supports 100Kpps throughput from LAN-to-WAN and 148Kpps from LAN-to-LAN

Key Features
Inbuilt intelligent switch
The router provides 8FE/16FE/24FE enabling service providers to improve DCN network reliability and management of Network Operation Center (NOC). Enterprise customers reduce investment from branch side by integrating router and switch in one box.
All-in-one
The router integrates routing, switching, security, VoIP, transmission, SNA and wireless extension for network intelligence. Service providers and resellers get all features with just one time pay.
Edge equipment with access equipment performance
The high-speed forwarding engine technology supports 100Kpps throughput from LAN-to-WAN. The forwarding performance reaches FE from LAN-to-LAN supporting 100M-bandwidth extension.
Modular design
The router adopts modular design enabling customers select the module as per requirements. Service providers and resellers create networks flexibly.
Remote management
By connecting dialup modem to console port, the router configuration and troubleshooting is performed remotely by dialing into the router. MP2700 provides 8-port asynchronous module enabling service providers to remotely control network equipments at base station in DCN network.
Compatibility
The router complies with RFC-standards. It is compatible to network equipment of Cisco, Huawei and Juniper.
